Innergie 65U supports a maximum output of 65 watts and it can charge most laptop brands, for instance, Asus, Acer, Lenovo, HP, Dell, MSI, and more. However, if none of the tips included in Innergie 65U fit your laptop, you can apply the required tip at Free Tip Program.

First, please confirm your laptop’s voltage and wattage requirement is within Innergie charger’s specification definition range. If you cannot find a compatible tip within the standard package, please apply at our Free Tip Program. You can get a free Tip during the warranty period of your Innergie tip charger . (*Postage is chargeable)

Yes, higher wattage supports lower wattage charging. For example, 65 watts charger charges 45 watts. However, it is not recommended to use a lower wattage charger for a higher wattage device. You might experice slow charging and overheating.
Due to different design logic of traditional and USB-C adapters, Innergie laptop adapters do not provide USB-C tip. The traditional adapter’s output power is fixed in 19.5V and USB-C adapters’ output power is auto-switch to 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, or 20V upon laptop’s input request. If you would like to charge your USB-C laptop, please choose Innergie 65C Black or 65C White.
