a. If you purchased Innergie products via Innergie Official Website, please visit the “RMA” page. Note that the return/exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and the goods must be in the same condition as received.

 

b. If you purchased Innergie products via third-party sales channels, please contact the retailers directly on their RMA process. Note that different retailers policy terms may vary.
